Carrot Cake

  • 200 g gratted carrots
  • Chopped hazzelnuts

  • 4 dl flour
  • 1½ tsp backing powder
  • 250 ml brown sugar
  • 2½ tsp cinnamon

  • 250 ml water
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower oil

Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes
